Therefore we are members of the group "Lust auf Bauernhof".
The Sarntal lies in the heart of South Tyrol. Here, in this natural valley in the Sarntal Alps old traditions are still being kept on to and passed down to the younger generation. The village Reinswald, with its eponymous skiing and hiking resorts, lies at 1550 metres above sea level. The Hinterproslhof is just a few steps away from there, embedded into the impressive mountains of the Sarntal Alps.
The Hinterproslhof, which was extended just a few years ago, is run by the Gruber family. Cattle, chickens, dogs and cats as well as juicy meadows and alpine pastures determine the everyday routine at the farm.
To the farm belongs its own cheese dairy where Eva and Georg sustainably produce different kinds of raw milk cheese that can be enjoyed fresh from the dairy.
A short walk away the Almschank Reinswalder Mühlen (alp inn at the Reinswald mills) invites you to relax and chill out. Eva, who runs the inn, provides her guests with homemade cakes and juices that can be enjoyed from May to October.
The two holiday apartments ‘Berg-‘ and ‘Talblick’ (mountain and valley view) are about 50m2 , comfortably equipped and provide room for 2-5 persons.
2 bedrooms with 2 beds each guarantee you a refreshing holiday. The modern kitchen-cum-living room is also generously equipped: an induction cooker, a dishwasher, a cooker hood, a fridge with freezer, and dishes as well as a cosy corner bench with table are among the standard equipment.
We are very pleased that we are allowed to offer our guests the Bolzano Bozen Card Plus.
With the Bolzano Bozen Card Plus you have free use of all public transport, one free entry to 9 museums of the town of Bolzano and to other 80 museums in Alto Adige and many further services!
